Due to the nature of digital marketing services including web design, SEO, content creation, and local citations, all services rendered are final. Once work has been initiated or delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Digital Products & Training Programs

All digital products, courses, and training programs are non-refundable. Once access has been granted or materials have been delivered, no refunds will be processed.

Consultation & Strategy Sessions

All consultation fees, strategy session payments, and advisory service charges are non-refundable. Once a session has been scheduled or completed, no refunds will be issued.

Service Packages & Subscriptions

Monthly or annual service packages and subscriptions are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for canceling their subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
