Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our commitment to transparency includes clear refund and cancellation terms.

Digital Products

All digital products, including online courses and educational materials, are non-refundable once access is granted. This is because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

Before purchasing any digital product, we encourage you to review the course description, curriculum, and any available preview materials to ensure it meets your needs.

Mentorship Sessions

Rescheduling Policy: Mentorship sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

Refund Policy: Mentorship sessions are non-refundable once the session has been delivered. If you are unable to attend and do not provide 24 hours notice, the session will be considered delivered and no refund will be issued.

Pay Per Call Partnerships

For our Pay Per Call lead generation services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

  • Eligible for Refund: If zero eligible calls were delivered during an agreed billing period, you may be eligible for a refund of that period's charges.
  • Not Eligible: Refunds are not provided for calls that were delivered but did not convert, as we cannot control the quality of your service or sales process.
  • Free Test Period: We offer 1-2 days of free test calls to evaluate call quality before committing to a partnership.

Billing Disputes

If you believe there has been a billing error or have concerns about charges, you must report the issue within 48 hours of the charge appearing on your statement.

Include your account details, the date of the charge, and a clear description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 2-3 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Pay Per Call Services: You may cancel your partnership at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will be responsible for payment of all calls delivered up to the cancellation date.

Subscription Services: If we offer subscription-based services in the future, you may cancel at any time. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused portions of the subscription.

This refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties. We encourage all potential partners to take advantage of our free test call offer to evaluate our service quality before making a commitment.
